Who are your interpreters?
We work with a network of hand-picked subcontract interpreters. Our interpreters must have proven abilities to use both simultaneous and consecutive interpreting techniques, and must be ethical and professional. We screen all of our subcontract interpreters and follow-up with our clients to ensure satisfaction.
How much does an interpreter cost?
The cost depends on the type of interpreter requested, and usually includes reimbursement for mileage and a minimum per assignment. We negotiate the best rate possible for each client.
How do I request an interpreter?
Contact us via e-mail or telephone and let us know the details of your request. We will confirm the availability of an interpreter who meets your needs. It’s best to make arrangements as soon as you know that you will need an interpreter.
If you are an established business or a government agency, we will invoice you after the completion of the assignment. If you are a private individual, you must make arrangements to pre-pay for the services. We will refund any unused portion of the fee.
