Collect on delivery is a convenient service we provide in conjunction with the United States Postal System which allows us to accept your cash payments. Through collect on delivery, we will complete your translations and mail them to you. If it is an either residential or commercial address, the carrier will attempt to delivery the documents to you personally and collect the payment due with either personal check or cash. (Payment due includes the fee for the translations and a flat $10.00 fee for this service) If you choose to pay cash, the carrier will also charge you a money order fee in order to collect your payment into a money order.

If no one is available to pay and accept delivery of your package, you will need to go to your local Post Office to make your payment and pick up your package.

The collect on delivery service is available in conjunction with all mailings, including Express mailing services.
