Who are your translators?
We work with ATA certified translators from all over the world who specialize in the subject matter at hand, and utilize in-house translators for certain projects. Our proofreading is done in-house for some projects, and for others, we utilize a second ATA certified translator or linguist.
How is the translation done?
The client deals directly with the project manager, who in turn, works closely with the translator to make sure that the client’s needs are satisfied and a quality translation is produced. The project manager manages terminology and client requests, sends out the final approved product and ensures client satisfaction.
How much does a translation cost?
The total cost depends on the document length and subject matter. In order to get a firm quote, please send us the document.
How do I request a translation?
You can call or e-mail us to request information about the translation process. In order to get a firm quote, please send us the document by e-mail or fax. It is best to send the documents in their original electronic format (if available). For example, if the document to be translated was drafted in Word, send us the document in .doc format via e-mail.
We will review and contact you with a firm quote and estimated delivery time. You decide whether you want to proceed.
If you are an established business or government agency, we will invoice you after the work is complete. If you are a private individual, you have the option to pre-pay or pay cash on delivery.
We work hard to ensure that you are satisfied with the final product and that it meets the specific needs of your target audience.
